However, HRM is the vital question that is to be applied at all event management, and there are various types of event industry, which might be either Tourism or can be Sports or anything. The span of activities of HRM starts from the scope of work to the management of international human resources. The hard skills of HRM focus on the business and the HR strategy in order to help the organization achieve its company strategic goa ls.
